Our Story – Samsara Yoga Shala Founded in 2020, Samsara Yoga Shala was born from a vision to share yoga as a living tradition. Our teachers bring decades of experience, guiding students with authenticity and respect for the ancient path. From the shores of Kovalam Lighthouse Beach in India, to our seasonal classes and workshops in the UK and Spain, we carry the same spirit of presence, healing, and community wherever we go. Each Shala space is unique — boutique, quirky, and traditional — offering an atmosphere where every student feels welcome. At Samsara, yoga is not just movement but a journey inward. Through asana, meditation, breathwork, and philosophy, we invite students to discover balance, awareness, and self-connection — keeping alive the tradition while embracing the needs of the modern world.
